Different approaches TLT/BCT, both hinge on the trials. TLT promises a more complete cancer treatment, BCT a real hope to extend / or save the lives of late stage patients. As I understand the data to date, even after multiple treatments BCT only effective if treatment is on going. Were I a large pharma I would certainly be angling here to gain a foothold on BCT's treatment. Maybe something like that will emerge before next trial commences.
