Mr. Mertz, I think it was clarified in the last release that Naxos is very definitely "tinkering" with J/L with a very well respected arbitor, Brian Russel, supervising and analyzing the work. And that work has been going on continuously while Ledoux played with SFA. I would assume with the Ledoux results, that SFA is dead, but that as many other legitimate courses of action are being considered.

But don't go by what I say, call IR and get the answers directly. That's what they do for a living.
