Dennis, SI has a strict policy protecting anonymity. Violating this rule can get you suspended, or removed forever, which has happened recently. Anonymity is the cornerstone of SI, don't ask us to remove the foundation.

If you are serious about suing someone (which I sincerely doubt), file a suit and subpeona SI to reveal the poster's identity. If your intent is merely to harass, then you are not entitled to such information. The SEC can always subpeona SI if necessary, so Bill need not provide his contact info for that purpose.
