I think you got your answer over on the intel thread. I personally don't want intel to settle out of court. To me thats just like admitting guilt, which intel has denied.

IMHO, if DEC wanted to settle this they would NOT have filed a lawsuit. They would have been gentlemen and sat down and worked it out. If they want to play nasty, intel has the resources to drag this out for a very long time. Only time will tell, it sure doesn't appear to be hurting intel much though..
