E-Trade needs to take their system down for the whole weekend and get the bugs out of their software.

The NY Attorney General is probing the availability of on-line brokers. While I dislike non-FDA-type government regulation, it's almost fraudulent the way these companies are trolling for new customers when they can't service the ones they have.
