Based on the TD folks total available shares are 333 million and 10% will be available for public to trade (including BIG guys). Now we are left with about 33.5 million shares as float. If BIG Boys are getting in on this IPO it is reasonable to expect the float to shrink to about 10 million or so. Are these reasonable numbers for float.. comments ????
