Article I thought was balanced; did confirm some earlier statements in this group concerning defections from NT and gave more details of some of those customers going back to NetWare than I had previously seen.

I was surprised at the number myself since NetWare had such a big lead in installed base. I believe the key here is that with IDC you're getting raw counts of all server sales versus this number, which seemed to be counting new installations.

By the way -- you have a low disappointment threshold. :)
