Janice, Dr. Crippen? That ain't nothin'! I have known Dr. Butcher, the surgeon, Dr. Quirk, the psychiatrist, and Dr. Gore, and a host of other physicians potentially career-killing names. Understandably, they all had finely developed senses of humor. In Southern California, we had the Crippen Ambulance and Medical Supply Company. I don't know if there is a family relation to Dr. David. Holly
