William, my experience with stocks that get killed normally leads to an intermediate term bounce after the market maker holds the stock at a level to handle the sells. Then the price moves up or the bounce begines as the shorts who are taking their profit cover. Once the shorts are cleared out, the market makers put on their own short position before taking the stock down to handle more sells at lower levels. This process can take days sometimes weeks. One I know of took two years after a massive selloff.

Good luck, great idea
