everyone will deny that it happens. they say "no way" to manipulation. okay then how did that jaret bond trader maniptulate billions to his advantage and why so many suits where brokers and etc. pay off. I think they report the numbers to their benefit and wouldn't hesitate to use any trick in the book and some out of the book to fudge it.
