Kumar,

I think the best sign of a product problem is when big customers delay orders - which have been going on for some time now with ASND. However, I also think that one of the best signs that these problems are being resolved is when big customers begin to make their purchases which is now going on with UUNET and NTT. These companies don't make major purchasing decisions unless they thoroughly test the products. I have to assume that ASND has gone a long way in fixing their product problems.
