Hi Sonny,

I am glad to hear that your back is doing better and I do remember you saying you had a disk problem. I can't remember if you said that it was herniated or slipped. Have you ever tried doing exercises for back problems? For some people they help out. I probably told you that I went to backache class at my doctor's office. Do those pain killers raise your blood pressure as that sometimes is the case. Also some times you are not suppose to drink any alcohol with some of the pain killers. Do you drink Aloe Vera juice? It might help your back pain out and if it does not, it is very healing for the stomach. Also it should help out with any other joint problems that you have as I thought that you mentioned that you did have some of those if I am not mistaken.

I am very happy to see Intel doing well so far today. Have a good one.

Margaret
