Nice report, and I bet you did fly over, or nearly over our house and to the North of our cabin up in Index. We see and hear planes way off in the distant north when we're up there sitting on the deck or around the campfire. And depending on prevailing winds, planes go over here occasionally too. It was so darned cold last night I stayed inside, so didn't notice.

To be honest, it is kind of comforting to hear them go by. I thought it was a really eerie when all the planes were grounded for 4 days after 9/11, and was glad to see them fly again once the ban was lifted. I always try to get the left side of the plane when we go in or out of Seattle just for the views and also to try and spot our two places. Never have, but I keep trying. -gg-

A friend got an 80g iPod for her birthday and I went over to her house yesterday to help her set up her iTunes account and register the iPod. We did some searching at the iTunes site and studied the movies and audio books sections. If you had one of those little buggers you could have rented a movie to watch on your flight home.

And is Mom home with help I assume? I doubt you would have left to come home if she was still in the hosp.........unless someone else was there to take up the slack. Don't recall whether you have siblings or not?

I can see me having the same problem as that old lady did when/if I live so long. She wasn't paying attention and got lost in the shuffle. It sounds like someone should have been with her, but of course none of her family or friends could have gotten past security without a pass. Poor gal!

Edit: Oh wait..........the lib sis that needs her head put on straight. Is she there?
