They're not "gunning" the small cap Tech issue's - but, they're giving the "inside baseball" crowd the nod - that the wind is at their back... and the "traders" obviously don't just play the SPY, but jump in the high-beta area's such as the SOX etc.

I don't think this one will "stick" long... so I'd be Ka-Chinging that Cash Register with quick fingers into this move.
