I guess that makes the Oklahoma City bombing and American born terrorist attack. And I guess that since 15 of the 19 911 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia then that makes 911 a Saudi Terrorist attack....

Comprehension problems, I see. No, it doesn't. 15 of 19 being Saudis makes it a 15 Saudi terrorist attack, sponsored by al Qaeda. The fact they were Saudis no more implicates the Saudi government or its general population than does OK City bombers being American implicate the American government or Americans in general.

And before you reply, please reread the above a few times to make sure you understand the point. I'm afraid it's not quite geared to less mature readers of English.
