David, I saw William Gates, Sr on CNBC today. Almost made me hurl listening to him repeat the same you're rich because you are lucky crap. He was promoting his book. Announcer wouldn't ask him any "fair" questions. He just let the rant go. I'm sure his new book will sell almost as many copies as Algore's. Steve
