Anyways, in regards to the recent news, this is from an HK news service, and there is a part of IDXs picture I hadn't thought about. It's highlight in the text.
Motorola has joined biometrics developer Identix to introduce a new fingerprint-based security solution that is said to break former barriers to the market such as size, reliability and cost.
The new optical reader named DFR 300 reader, incorporates Motorola's CMOS architecture to conquer formidable challenge of cost by replacing traditional charged coupled device (CCD) architecture with Motorola's CMOS image sensor technology. The DFR 300 measures only 4.5mm in thickness.
The readers are expected to ship bundled with Identix's proprietary BioLogon 2.0 software. The software suite includes network logon; computer access and locking; e-mail and Web site locking and unlocking; multi-layered security for use with smart cards and PINs, and storage of hundreds of application-sensitive passwords, enabled by fingerprint.
Volume shipments are expected in early December.

On the tech side, next couple of days should firm up the picture for the near term. Trend line is still intact(barely) MACD fast line reaching for the slow, wishing for a kiss and not a cross. Stochs IMO might say a small bounce is in the works and could turn up if IDX decides to follow through... enough of that amateurish guess work...
