Gary, I would definitely NOT buy before the plan of reorg is confirmed in ANY case <g>. Anyway thanks for the hint. I won't bet the farm on it.. BTW didn't Aqua Vie - AVBC also come out of Chapter 11 before it's relaunch started ? regards CROSSY
