You post ends with the Judge saying "to hell with democracy" to that I would add the judge saying in effect, "to hell with the victims".
Personally I dont give a rat's ass one way or the other regarding capital punishment, I can dream up something even worse for animals like Morales. But, this is the law and for some asshole who calls himself judge to override the law under the FLIMSIEST EXCUSE is outrageous. jdn
