Sure, Tim. It is ad hominem. Think about it. If an oil company executive comes and tells me that the electric car industry will never get off the ground, why would I believe his opinion? I'd rather get opinions from a car executive who has invested in the technology and has done the cost/benefit analysis and has a more realistic appraisal of the chances for electric cars.

By the same token, why would I listen to an Aetna employee who will only say what is good for insurance companies, when this bill was created to help the 32 million Americans without insurance, not to help insurance companies increase their profits.
