"If I were trayvon, under the Florida's laws of "right to carry," and "stand your ground," and an individual following me in the dead of night, would have packed iron, turned around kill the follower, especially if the conditions were as we have heard the details. It would have been your word of self-defense vs a dead person who had been stalking me in the dead of night. Plus the stalker would have violated the instructions of the police by getting out of the car. Then, we would have a good criminal attorney to defend me if necessary."

The state of Florida does does not issue concealed carry permits to minors unless they are active duty military or veterans. Trayvon would be changed with illegal possession of a firearm at the least.
