Ron, If you've bothered to follow the discussion we have been debating whether or not this suit has any merit and whether joining it is the "right" thing to do, given the fact that at least a few of us despise frivolous lawsuits and sleazy lawyers. Since I do not know whether the allegations against the officers of PLSIA are true, I think it makes sense to at least investigate this matter- whatever you think about Pluvia, he has been warning people on this thread about the recent events that have rocked this company for quite some time. I have yet to see any any profound words of wisdom from you on this thread; if you choose to ignore any info I provide that is your prerogative, but from the public and private messages I have received I know that at least a few other former and current shareholders have some of the same questions that I do and would like to share in anything that I learn, which I will be happy to provide in this forum.
