Sure. No doubt the politicos on all sides would be ranting and raving. That's what they are there for. I don't see the difference in that and requiring SS numbers, picture IDs and such. As far as the expense for Cell phone technology (or something similar), I don't see that either. It is a path we are already on, so we may as well think ahead.
