the proper response to outsourcing should be, "How can we compete better as a nation," not "How can we do a better job spreading the wealth."

Absolutely. There can be money made off of outsourcing. One problem is when it gets too competitive and the margins get so thin that the only money being made is by the source providers.

The key problem of Obamanomics and the socialist ideals it is founded on is there is only so much of other people's money to hand out.

Liberals take the wealth of this great nation for granted, even to the point of self-loathing. Is it any wonder that people who immigrated from former communist regimes tend to be more conservative?

Virtually everybody in this nation is descended from people who left their home land. Perhaps we have gotten too rooted.

People who want to get something for nothing are always going to present a problem. The key difference that successful societies have is local delivery of services. Once a society develops an infrastructure for delivering services to those who choose not obtain them through work a constituency develops in the delivery mechanism. Now you get not just the freeloaders wanting more free stuff but also the people handing it out that want free stuff delivery to grow.
