If FTEL would have made the same announcement about MSFT
taking a 34% stake in them, it would have landed on Pluto yesterday.
GTE, MSFT & DGSD are doing a unified voice messaging trial in Texas
and, if successful, it will go nationwide. That is the connection I am aware of.
