They need the money. The simple fact that they are slowing down production is hurting their bottom line. They are actually shutting down a couple of their new production lines. Their old business model requires constant growth to pay the bills. This has kicked all of the PV manufacturers in the teeth here in the short run. We need increasing demand to come back across the board. (All Alt energy stuff)
