Bulba's call is okay by me. He puts enough effort into this already.

A cash buyout is crystal clear, and easy to redistribute. CVRs? No way I'll ask Bulba to adjust my portfolio day by day until next December.

Anything that can be traded will be, even if at low volume.

For tradable CVRs, call it zero, or the value the first day it trades, or a week later, unless Bulba has another equitable way to include the value in the portfolio.

I appreciate the CVR commentary more for education than worrying which charity gets a donation.
