AGTI gave me a call Friday. I was told that 2165 Bingo units are on their way to being installed if not already installed.. All the dealings in China are closed out. Could not strike a deal there in China..

Again, I have been told that once they have There Bingo units installed, it will create about $5 mil to put them in the profit.

I asked if they still going to do a reverse split and did they have the stock to make it pass since there is 50 mil in stock outstanding.
There was no reply to this question other than I informed him that I would not vote on the reverse.

We spoke about the creadability problem with the company.. They understand the problem and are working in this.

Agti still has some major companies willing to represent the Bingo units in the market place.. England is still on board to handle the Bingo unit. There was mention of (maybe) receiving money to off set current sales of bingo units. Agti needs a lot of cash upfront to lease out bingo units. They can not grow without this cash. No cash no inventory to lease. I asked if AGTI was going to have to lay out any more share for cash. I was told no.
We spoke about the last news release, and how the market reacted to it, How low can AGTI go on good news. He said AGTI was very upset about the reaction.
