It explains why SEBL should win the deal if replication at the application layer is the requirement. It may not be much trouble for SEBL since it has the replication (synchronization) built between the mobile unit and the server since the early day. (It does not use replication provided by SQL Anywhere although that's the dbms in its mobile unit.)
