Colin Powell is speaking and the markets are plummeting.............. "Iraq has not complied!"! Unfortunately, the 'smoking gun' does not exist. The administration continues to insist that Iraq has WMD without the proof. And so, the US is not ready to declare war. Although apparently, according to Powell, we are much closer. Blair is coming on Friday........I suspect it may happen then.
