I have done that many times, sometimes it works ... sometimes :(( But I bought it at 4 - think that it will have another run into the afernoon. If it looks to close strong, could gap in the morning. If it gets weak near the close, I will bail. Depends on the strength as day progresses. Good luck - hope you made a profit at 2 1/4.
