To be sure you must always remember that mainsteam media and govt stats are ALWAYS lies and ALWAYS understate the problem. This means many more years of no growth and dropping home and car prices and these will be locked in by declining wages so that in the future when there is a turnaround prices will not soar again but remain stable at much lower prices. Those who are buying what they consider to be deals, say foreclosures etc., are nuts IMO. Real Estate is now a dirty word and rightly so. youtube.com . . . ..
