OT** Linda, you ready for that brewski yet? I make my own and have a GREAT "Cherry Stout" on tap. I made 5 gallons and used 10 lbs of white Mt Ranier Cherrys. Strained 'em off after about 3-4 days. Usually I can only drink one, MAYBE two Guinesse-type stouts before it's just to strong and filling. The cherrys made MY stout VERY smooth and creamy. It's REALLY dangerous 'cause it's around 11% alkyhol and as drinkable as a cherry coke. I always have to warn freinds to drink one or two then wait to see how they feel. If you drink 3 of 'em it's like drinking 6-8 storebought beers. POTENT Stuff.
