That's a great idea.

However, it appears that they do NOT have a plan to deal with a customer base on a "wholesale" level.

Probably because they will inherit/pirate away much of the traditional brokers business. Due to this they will be able to pick up talented people very quickly. No need to share the relatively thin margins with those that get caught doing business the old fashioned way.

This idea of yours has answered one of my questions. In their collateral material they indicate they will have the ability to "talk" to their customers in person when required. In being able to pick up competitors employee's quickly, there will be little training required.
