From "JavaWorld" by Rebecca Shwartz?

There is a tie for this month's No Respect award between Portfolio holdings Corel and US Robotics. Corel announced a stock buyback and the shares still took a tumble with their high-tech friends. US Robotics went so far as to announce it was being acquired by networking semi-rival 3Com. The multi-billion dollar merger works out to a share price of about $60, far below our $88 starting point. USRX shares, however, didn't even float to the effective buyout price, as investors and market mavens cast doubt on the deal to keep shares changing hands in the mid-$50s.

The bad news spread through networking stocks like a winter flu. Shares of router giant Cisco (CSCO) were pummeled in true Hans & Franz style. Cisco has lost nearly one third of its market value this year, making it the subject of this month's StockWatch Focus.

It's hard to find something positive to say this month. It's time to drop USRX from the list, as the merger with 3Com will probably cap the upside in the shares.

Interesting that she's selling NOW. If she bought in at 88 she's been holding these shares for a LONGGGG time.
