The media are but co-conspirators. The Clintonistas are the first political gang to sell the media on their PR agenda. They control the action because they're liberal ("hey Jennings, we think like you, so don't attack us") and they are aggressively proactive. They spin before the media even figures it out. It would be considered masterful if it weren't so disgusting.
