Nope. That would be like trying to get Ted Kennedy to lay off the Chivas and young office staff. Warriors are warriors. Good warriors are eager to engage the enemy. What needs to be appreciated is that war is inherently a risky business engaged in by fallible humans. When mistakes are made, people get hurt or worse because of the lethal nature of the weapons employed. And decisions often need to be made on a split second basis by those who feel their lives are threatened. No amount of training will ever completely eliminate such accidents. But certainly, review of such incidents is proper and necessary.
