Someone asked what are the signs of an Insider Leak.

Today at close, ABT announced the planned acquistion of AZA, that had been semi agreed to previously, was off. Take a peek at ABT's volume and price for today , yesterday and overnight trading

Thats a good lesson on spotting a leak.!
