Gotta Truck?<G> Actually making a 12% port is MUCH easier than making a 6% lager. I make an Australian lager that is around 6% and if you screw it up you get skunkpiss. When it's done right though it's as crisp as a knife. Real clean taste. I've won several ribbons at the county fair with my lager. I was going to enter my Cherry Stout (I bet it would have won GOLD), but I drank it all up and shared the rest. You have to have two bottles for the fair and when I went to get them I had one bottle left. I was bummed, but felt much better after I drank the remaining bottle<GG>
