I watched the interview on CNBC with the analyst from Morgan Stanley that stated that techs are in a bear market.
Here's a person who admits, unequivocally, that his technical knowledge and expertise is limited to turning his computer on and off but yet goes on to claim, on the basis of a macro-economic viewpoint exclusively, that all the techs will be in a bear market for years and years to come. Not once does this fella address the fact that the increases in productivity which U.S. companies have benefited since 1991 (and will continue to benefit) is largely attributable to technological advances and expenditures in technology nor to the fact that worldwide strong demand for this technology is continuing anabated...

I just don't get it...How can these analysts get away with these baseless "opinions"?
