(Off Topic)Jeffery,We make our own too! Our last batch was a stout with extra malt. Had a batch (5 gallons)where one bottle tucked away...1 year later, we discovered it, and wow! I had two inches of it and FLIPPED! It had really mellowed :-) A warning before drinking is always required.... Never tried cherries. Sounds a little laborious!!! No brew as of yet...just worked out. Guaranteed brew by 7:30 pm! Techs today....Gaspppppp Cheers, Linda
