Hello Rob.
Your reply to Loretta was pretty much on the button except for the RF bash.
I do not claim to be a sophisticated investor by any stretch of the imagination. That said allow me to express some thoughts on IDX.
I too have noticed the shift in marketing strategies for this Co. from Pentagon to police to welfare fraud to airport security and now to e commerce. Each one at its inception held the promise of an exploding stock price. Instead a downward slide resulted.Why? I don't really know. I suspect that people who manage other peoples' money are not given to gambling with it. This leaves only the individual investor to change the stock price. We all know that there are millions of investors who have never heard of biometrics nor IDX. Even if they have why should they when they can ride the dot com yoyo.IMO this is one of the reasons for the low daily volumes.
This leads me to my partial disagreement with you regarding RF. I think that a CEO who does not change strategies to adapt to markets in not worth his salt. When Mr. Fowler spoke of IDT as being unworthy in some sort or another, IDT did have a product and Fowler couldn't see one in the future either. A short coming on his part but he has not yet claimed clairvoyence.
This is a small company and they do not have the resources to drum their product nor their potential to the money mangers. The only way I think they will recognized is when they START TO MAKE MONEY. When that time comes and they are recognized as a sound investment Caroline and I hope to join you at a good steakhouse for a nice meal to celebrate.
