I didn't get anything from you Vintho except the conference call info.
I did send you something yesterday.

Bill I think is right about some things. I don't think we can assume
Cube has the majority of the market in China any more. Why did they lose
it? I don't know. I don't have anything against the Chinese, but I
just don't understand things over there enough to have any confidence. I
know a lot of fishy things have happened there lately and you find
it in the middle of the paper, but it doesn't make big news. We read a month
ago or so that people can get executed for owning or selling pornography and we
have also read that VideoCD does cater to this market so you can
put two and two together. That can kill a market pretty quick if they
start offing the customers.

Anyway, I certainly don't have enough info
to know what's going on over there or who has the market majority. Vintho,
I think to argue about it at this point is a waste. The stock has to
shake out and then recover. I remember before last month's earnings
John or David mentioned that if they can't make earnings then they'll
come in twenty points low to make sure they can make the following month.
Maybe that's what's happening and the stock can recover a little by Q3.
On the other hand the company could have some real problems holding together.
Many employees depend on options for income and they are not getting any
from that at this price. So you have to wait and see what the insiders do.
The only thing to pop up the stock would be a great new chip or design
win but even that wouldn't do much right now. If they're going to sell
they might even be better to wait until they have restored some confidence.
So, doesn't look too good for the next couple months but this price is
a steal for the long term IMO, although I wouldn't bet a large percentage
of my income on it anymore and I would wait until I was sure the shorts
were out and the price was stable.
