CPQ's speciality has been to SQUEEZE 2nd tier vendors for price breaks, thus lowering their cost.

CPQ is not a technology company. Its a BOX assembler.

One of the other risks in the DEC and the TDM mergers is that CPQ is going outside its area of expertise into technology.

The risks keep mounting for this puppy. Soon the analysts and the street will realize this and CPQ will become a prove it stock.
