If there is a case, which I believe there isn't, then it belongs in FL state court, and that's why they lost. Didn't GWB claim during the campaign that he wants the people to decide on local issues, or did he say the Federal Judiciary was the way to go? Didn't GWB sign into law a similar TX bill that he was trying to prevent FL from proceeding? Isn't it ironic that GWB had Starr's former partner representing him? Wasn't there any other competent lawyer in FL?
