My expectation is that LEXR will eventually settle all these suits and agree to pay royalties, but not until at least February. Why? If you read the LEXR prospectus you will see that the majority of the outstanding shares are subject to a 180-day lockup agreement. If LEXR can drag this whole thing out that long, the announcement of the settlement should boost LEXR's stock price, allowing the insiders to sell into the rally.

In the meantime they are flailing around looking for plausible complaints to file: these do not need to be anything they can win in court, just something with enough apparent substance not to be dismissed without trial. When they get to "It was planted by the LAPD" we'll know they are getting really desperate.
