I have to agree...but I can't help going with the momentum. Besides I sold all my LSIDB's the other day for 7 3/4 and looking to get back in with LSIDC's at a good price. That is how I came across this transaction.

I like April for just the reasons you indicated. I do expect tax selling but a good move during January.
