I am looking for an options broker that will provide the best
possible price. For example, CSCO Aug 60 calls are quoted

Bid Ask Exchange
Aug 60 (CYQ HL-E) 3 3/8 3 5/8 CBOE
Aug 60 (CYQ HL-P) 3 1/2 3 3/4 Pacific
Aug 60 (CYQ HL-X) 3 1/2 3 3/4 Philadelphia

If I want to buy a call, can I buy it at CBOE for 3 5/8 and
if I want to sell a call, sell it for 3 1/2 at Pacific or
Philadelphia exchanges? Basically, I need recommendations for
a good online broker.
