Phil,

Biggs may be a "hot shot" analyst to some but I, for one, was completely unimpressed with his position. The gentlemen was completely unable to articulate with any clarity his reason(s) for being bearish in the technology sector... I can respect a person who has an opinion and who can substantiate and support that opinion with well reasoned premises. Maybe it's just a case where Mr. Biggs can express himself alot better in written form...
