yahoo.cnet.com. Interesting reading looking at these guidelines it is going to be difficult in my opinion, I dont know how they are going to guarantee speed. I had a very interesting conversation with my first son about AOL his server. He is not tech oriented but extremely bright business wise and competent msft software wise. It amazed me when he said that AOL was his preferred way to go. Broadband was faster yes but time allocation setting up modem etc. were disadvantages for him plus in AOL his interest points were already pinned down.
